Caller Redirect Plus

Continuity Telecom's Caller Redirect Plus service provides telecoms resellers and their business customers with a cost effective and feature rich solution to assist in the transition period when migrating to a new billing number and/or DDI range, e.g. when moving offices or changing services.

Caller Redirect Plus helps to educate callers of a change to the telephone number they have dialled, announcing the new number and forwarding the call to the new main billing number or DDI as required.

The service is a more cost effective and feature rich alternative to BT's Caller Redirect & CNI services (ceased number intercept).
